Asia Powercom launches Toll free number for partners and customers

New Delhi, India, October 21, 2013: Asia Powercom, global player in power protection, has launched its Toll-free number. The new toll-free number 1800-123-2022 is already operational and is open to Indian channel partners and end users who can seek technical support or after-sales service from Asia Powercom. The number would be operational from 10 am to 7 pm on all the days except Sundays and national holidays.

The toll-free service is a pan-India service and the team is trained to offer tech support, L1 (Level 1 or basic) troubleshooting, L2 (Level 2 or advanced) troubleshooting, information about products, enquiries regarding product availability, escalating complaints and providing feedback to the company.

Country Manager at Asia Powercom Tejas Sheth said, “Our aim is to reach our customers in the remote and far flung areas with this toll free numbers. We have a team of 70 service engineers and 4 terminals especially dedicated to solve the grievances of our customers. We not only provide after sales support but we also help customers in locating the nearest service engineer to them thus providing holistic solution.”
