ASUS to exhibit at BITA IT Expo 2014 organized by Baroda IT Association

New Delhi, India, January 25, 2014: ASUS India is set to exhibit at the 16th Consecutive BITA IT Expo 2014. The event will be held from 24th January 2014 to 26th January 2014 at Vadodra. The BITA Expo at Vadodra, Gujarat is one of the biggest IT exhibitions in Western India with approximate footfall of more than 1 lakh within a span of 3 days.

Peter Chang, Regional Head – South Asia & Country Manager – ASUS India has been invited at the BITA IT expo as the chief guest.

Chang said “We are elated to be part of the Expo. Indian market is flourishing and people are adapting changes from all verticals i.e. from PC to Netbooks, Smartphone’s to phablets. Exhibits at state level further assists in reaching out to maximum number of existing and potential users. ASUS from the beginning has focused on the upcoming market trends and has always made their mark in launching consumer oriented products. In our quest to spread maximum awareness, we will enthusiastically support such initiatives in future as well.”

Vice-President at BITA Rajeev Patel said, “We at BITA are honored to have of Mr. Peter as our chief guest; representing a worldwide technology giant “ASUS” at the 16th BITA IT Show. BITA being one of the largest IT shows of western India helps in representing the association the latest technology based program for IT savvy students and business community. With the presence of industry’s big players like ASUS, we are further able to establish the importance of this event in the region.”

ASUS will have 2 display set-ups in the exhibition supporting AWP and AES partners. The main focus would be the ASUS Transformer Book T100 and there will be 13 other models that would be displayed. ASUS would also reveal the selected Notebooks which would have 2 years of extra warranty.
