Dassault Systèmes’3DEXPERIENCE customer Forum held in Mumbai

New Delhi, India, October 9, 2013: Dassault Systèmes, the 3DEXPERIENCE Company, a player in 3D design software, 3D Digital Mock Up and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions successfully concluded today its annual 3DEXPERIENCECustomer Forum 2013 in Mumbai. Several sessions and panel discussions were held to discuss how businesses are moving from product experience to business experience and how the 3DEXPERIENCE platform can enable them to bring products to market faster and more efficiently than ever before.

Dassault Systemes’ 3DEXPERIENCE Customer Forum was a unique space for the industry stalwarts to discuss best practices and cutting edge technologyfor fourkey industries such as Energy Processes and Utilities (EPU), Transport and Mobility (T&M), Consumer Goods and Retail (CG&R),as well as Academics.Leading industry firms showcased innovative ways to win opportunities in a competitive business environment;live demos of industry solution experiences and customer success stories were also highlighted.

Businesses are now operating in an experience economy and Indian businesses too are aligning themselves to this new world. The 3DEXPERIECE Customer Forum offered a platform for businesses to explore the technology tools available to successfully navigate in this world.

This year’s3DEXPERIENCE Customer Forum addressed areas of business and social innovation capabilities, realistic 3D Virtual experiences and intelligent search-based applications.Vice Presidents for Academia, Energy, Process & Utilities, as well as Transportation& Mobility addressedthe audience on various themes specific to their industry including challenges and prospects in the country. Tata Motors Ltd., Ashok Leyland Technologies Ltd, National Skill Development Corporation, Atomenergo Project Engineering Company, OJSC (NIAEP) were some of the prominent organisationswhich participated in the Forum.

3DEXPERIENCE Customer Forum 2013 was the flagship event of Dassault Systèmes held in India on October 9, 2013 in Mumbai. The event was one of its 20 3DEXPERIENCE Customer Forums to be held across the globe in 2013.
