Adlabs Imagica implements Infibeam’s INCEPT eTicketing platform

New Delhi, India, July 25, 2013: Adlabs Imagica, an International Standard Theme Park by Adlabs Entertainment Limited (AEL) had launched its online platform along with its theme park earlier this year. Infibeam has provided AEL with an end to end park ticketing solution through its eTicketing service platform INCEPT. Given the importance of customer preference and convenience for digital tickets, Adlabs Imagica has implemented Infibeam’s INCEPT eTicketing platform to provide consistent experience to its customer while dramatically scaling their business.

INCEPT eTicketing platform has enabled Adlabs Imagica to seamlessly integrate marketing, sales, customer service and other back-end-processes to provide more seamless transitions throughout the customer lifecycle. Infibeam has also provided to Adlabs Imagica a state-of-the-art ticket reselling platform for travel agents and online travel agents (OTAs).
