HP Designjet launches Roadshows in Ahmedabad to bring LATEX print technology to PSPs
Ahmedabad, 24 January, 2011: Hewlett-Packard, the leading player in the Imaging and Printing industry in India, organizes the Latex road show in the booming tech-city of Ahmedabad. The roadshow is part of HP’s strategy to bring the benefits of its environment-friendly LATEX print technology using water-based inks to PSPs all over India.
According to HP, Latex Print Technology is a breakthrough technology that uses water-based LATEX inks. Latex Print Technology enables PSPs reach new levels of productivity with high speed and high quality printing.
HP Latex Road Show, a pan India program, is taking place in Ahmedabad to promote the eco-friendly printing technology, and open up the Signage Print Service Providers (PSPs) to a greener printing atmosphere.
During the road show, HP is showcasing its large format printer HP L25500. HP L25500 offers double-sided printing capabilities, handling roll feed with less user intervention and accurate, automated registration.
According to the company, LATEX ink is compatible with over 500 media solutions. HP Latex ink provides a consistent performance across a variety of substrates. The ink is also non-flammable and non-combustible. The HP L25500 printer can take care of both outdoor and indoor signage print applications without requiring any special ventilation.
HP Latex Printing Technology allows customers to print wide range of Soft Signage like outdoor banners, indoor/outdoor signage; light boxes- film and paper; POP/POS; indoor polyester fabric signage; bus shelters, vehicle graphics, etc. It prints on both the sides of the sheet, thereby reducing the paper cost.
Latex Printing Technology uses water-based, odourless inks, with no hazardous air pollutants and recyclable cartridges. With L25500, the customers can branch out, and attract new customers.
