New Delhi, India, January 14, 2014: Agilent Technologies has announced that AT4 wireless has selected Agilent test equipment to provide certification testing services for LTE-Advanced/Carrier Aggregation (LTE-A/CA).

AT4 wireless has started upgrading its Agilent T4000S series Conformance Test solutions to support LTE-A/CA. Agilent and AT4 wireless have also extended their test system validation agreements; AT4 wireless will continue to provide validation services to Agilent for LTE-A/CA.

General Director of AT4 wireless Luis Fernando Martinez said, “Agilent’s T4000S Series RF and RRM Conformance Test solutions provide leading coverage for LTE-A/CA conformance testing. They provide support for several operator specific test plans in a compact and cost-effective package, which makes them an obvious choice for AT4.”

VP of Agilent’s Mobile Broadband Operation Joe DePond said, “We are delighted to be able to support AT4’s rollout of LTE-A UE certification services. AT4 wireless is clearly committed to being a leader in these new technologies.”
