Bengaluru, India, January 22, 2013: Netflix Technologies, national distributor of Dr.WEB, launched the IT-security solutions of Dr.WEB, Russian developer of information security software. Dr.WEB’s product range will target to address the security challenges at home & corporate networks, file servers, e-mail traffic, mobile devices and internet gateways. Single license of Dr.WEB works across Windows, Linux and Mac platforms. It also provides full protection to smart phones & tablets running on Windows, Symbian and Androids platforms. Dr.WEB’s unique license policy gives 2 PC – 2 years licenses, which can also be used on single PC for 4 years.

Netflix Technologies organized a glittering launch event at Mumbai to introduce the range of products and solutions of Dr.WEB to their partners. 100+ partners were invited at the launch.

Rushab Shah, President at TAIT unveiled the products and solutions of Dr.WEB at the launch. Netflix Technologies disclosed its channel road map for Dr.WEB brand visibility and availability in India. Partners grabbed opportunities to discuss and understand more about the Russian technology and the partnership details.

All Dr.WEB products feature unique proprietary antivirus technologies. Doctor Web is one of the few anti-virus vendors to have its own technologies for malware detection and curing, a virus monitoring service, and an analytical laboratory. This ensures a rapid response to the latest threats and allows problems of any complexity to be solved in the shortest time possible. There is no need to cure a system prior to installing Dr.WEB; this is due to the product’s unique technologies for scanning memory processes and its outstanding ability to neutralize active infections. High probability to launch a scanning process in the infected system successfully even from a remote data storage device without installation (e.g. from a USB flash drive).

Govind Marda, CEO at Netflix Technologies, said “We are very happy to have Dr.WEB as our first client; this has helped us to initiate our mission of introducing strong security solutions in the Indian market. We have plans to introduce bundled security solutions which will have encryptions and bulk mailing software along with Dr.WEB’s security solutions. We are confident on the channel plans that we have built for Dr.WEB and would execute the same in the right directions to achieve desirable results”
