Bengaluru, Indiaa, January 23, 2013: SapphireIMS, a end-to-end IT Service Management solution, has shared its outstanding success in surpassing 100 customer wins. This is the first major public announcement by the company that is proud of over 95% customer retention since their launch.
Based out of Bangalore, SapphireIMS have embarked on expanding its direct presence across India. Their customer wins came across the core industry verticals of Manufacturing, IT/ITes and BFSI. This set makes up for two-third of all its clients. Manufacturing and IT/ITes both make for 20% each, while BFSI customers make for 15% of all clients.
