TAKE Solutions announces its Q1FY14 financial results

New Delhi, India, August 3, 2013: TAKE Solutions, a player in the Life Sciences (LS) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) domains, has announced the financial results for the quarter ended June 30th, 2013. The company has posted revenues of INR 1,957 million for this quarter, which is a 1.8 percent decline in dollar terms over the previous quarter.

Srinivasan H.R., Vice-Chairman  &Managing Director, TAKE Solutions, said, “The performance during the quarter ended June 30, 2013 was as per our guidance for FY14. The demand remained soft during the quarter and is expected to remain subdued in the short term. We continue to work towards realigning our businesses and operations to make the company more profitable and creating value for our shareholders in the long term. Our focus is to be a 360 degree solution provider to the Life Sciences industry and to be a niche player in the Supply Chain Management domain.”
