A10 Networks files registration statement for proposed IPO

A10 Networks-logoBangalore, India, February 24, 2014:  A10 Networks, a leading application networking player, today publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock.  The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering are yet to be determined.

 

Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and RBC Capital Markets are joint book runners for the proposed offering, and Pacific Crest Securities and Oppenheimer & Co. are acting as co-managers for the proposed A10 Networks IPO.

 

The offering will be made only by means of a prospectus.  When available, a copy of the preliminary prospectus can be obtained from Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.

A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective. These securities may not be sold, nor may offers to buy be accepted, prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective.
