Chennai, July 06, 2018: Aspire Systems, a leading technology services firm, has been ranked 35th in this year’s list of ‘India’s Best Companies to Work for in 2018’, a study commissioned by the Great Place To Work Institute India in association with The Economic Times. This is the ninth consecutive year that Aspire has been featured in the study, and this time Aspire is among the top 50.

Conducted by Great Place to Work Institute, the pan-India study, which is in its eleventh edition, covered more than 600 organisations across the country. To provide rankings, the study took a two-pronged industry-proven research methodology approach: A ‘Trust Index’, based on anonymous employee feedback, and ‘Culture Audit’, that covers the entire employee lifecycle.

“We are delighted to have been named ninth time in a row as one of the top 100 companies to work for in India. This recognition proves our unwavering commitment to the welfare of our employees in every step of their employment with us. We thank all Aspirians who have worked together as one team in this enriching journey over the last two decades,” said
Dinesh Kumaran, Director-HR, Aspire Systems.

On the covetous recognition, Gowri Shankar Subramanian, Chairman and CEO, Aspire Systems, said, “It gives us immense pride and happiness that we have entered the Top 50 this year. I thank the HR team members for the crucial role played by them in integrating our various teams further to our acquisition of Goyello earlier this year. I thank & congratulate every Aspirian, this a win for all of us.”
