Defenx has deputed a dedicated special support team, ‘Defenx India Support Team’ for faster service. This team is well trained and provides round the clock sales support to the partners and installation & technical support to the customers. Defenx India Support Team provides faster support to the partners and end customers in two ways – Toll-free support and email support. The support is provided six days a week from 9am to 8pm and is soon planning for 24X7 support. Dedicated customer engineering team helps in solving issues related to Defenx software. The support team helps partners in understanding procedure involved in installation of the Defenx software. They also train partners to solve technical issues for a smooth functioning of the software.
