Dell-LogoNew Delhi, India, November 11, 2013: Dell, leading end-to-end technology solutions provider, today launched ‘Achiever’s Circle’, a community for CIOs and IT managers across the country in order to further strengthen their relationship with Dell. Membership to the group (or The Circle) will be by invitation only and will consist of the mid-to-large sized customers that have benefitted from Dell’s products and Solutions.

The Dell Achiever’s Circle aims to create a platform to connect, recognise, nurture and enable IT custodians to achieve more with Dell. The members of this select group will be presented with awards based on their achievements in IT. The group will also have frequent engagements with the Dell leadership via newsletters and high engagement meets twice a year. These engagements aim to engage at a personal level to discuss the prospects for better business benefits with the help of IT infrastructure which has become a critical component in achieving business growth. In addition to this, members of the Dell Achiever’s Circle will have access to a neutral IT consultant to help find solutions to their IT related queries, receive exclusive offers on Dell products and solutions and a platform to share their success stories and to connect with peers .

As a testimony to this, the CIO Association of India (CAI) ranked the company as the #2 most respected IT technology vendor. Additionally, Dell won the CIO Choice award for its outstanding performance in Server, Storage and Data Center Services. As further commitment to the CIO community, Dell last month launched the ‘India’s Best CIOs’ awards to recognize top-performing CIOs in the country.

Vikas Bhonsle, General Manager, Mid-Market, Dell India, “India has a large CIO community that operates from across the country. While the adoption of enterprise IT may seem like a daunting task, most companies are realizing that it is unavoidable and necessary. Today many mid-to-large sized organisations have been able to achieve benefits from their enterprise IT solutions within a limited IT budget. Selection to the Achiever’s Circle is reflective of the smart ways in which enterprises have managed to use IT in order to achieve their business goals and reduce costs.”

CTO at DDB Mudra Group Sebastian Joseph said, “IT adoption has become critical in determining who can identify and survive the next innovation curve. Dell has taken the initiative to recognize IT communities’ efforts in this space. The Achiever’s Circle will provide a platform to share success (and failure) stories, best practices and collaborate with peers to bring in the value of Business Technology.
