Focus Softnet launches HR Services Division

The new division will offer customers a wide range of services such as placement of skilled personnel including recruiting professionals for permanent or project-based requirements for all levels of the customer’s business, organizational development and training programs and HR outsourcing services.

CEO of Focus Softnet Ali Hyder said, “After working with so many companies in the region for over two decades, we witnessed a constant demand from our existing customers to provide skilled professionals to cater to the technical aspect as well as the operational aspect of our product portfolio, which has created a need for providing placement services specific to this niche. One of the biggest challenges that this industry faces is the successful quality fulfillment of the right kind of resources and with the launch of this division and our tie-up with IT Global Services, we are trying to bridge this gap.”

To meet the backend requirements of this new recruitment division, Focus Softnet has signed a strategic partnership agreement with IT Global Services, one of the top Executive Search Companies in India, which specializes in Recruitment Services catering to a wide spectrum of clients in India, Europe, Far East, the Americas and the Gulf. Focus’ recruitment division will be fronted by the company’s Vice Presidents, Mansur Ahmed, who is also the Managing Director of IT Global Services and Rohan Tejura, two highly qualified professionals with tremendous global experience and expertise in placements, organizational development and training.

Rohan Tejura will manage the front end of the business by meeting our customers to understand their requirements and design solutions to address those requirements. Focus Softnet’s new division will support all its global branches with recruitment and placement services, training and certification courses and HR outsourcing for small to medium size companies.

Vice President at Focus Softnet Mansur Ahmed said, “This division will act as the customer’s one point contact for their HR solutions right from sourcing, staffing solutions, executive search, training, assessments to OD consulting services. As an extension of this business, Focus Softnet has also tied up with IT institutes and Universities in India to train and certify students, which will create a resource pool of qualified technical specialists. Focus Softnet is developing a curriculum, where specialized courses would be offered to students on general ERP, basic accounting solutions, BI and system admin certification. As part of its broader plans, Focus Softnet plans to tie-up with UAE universities to offer these courses locally in future.
