Vishak-Raman-of-Fortinet-resignedNew Delhi, India, November 20, 2013:  Fortinet wants to inform you that Vishak Raman has departed Fortinet to take some personal time off. Rajesh Maurya, who has been with Fortinet since 2004 and country manager for India since 2010, is now the interim Regional Director for India and SAARC. Maurya will continue to drive Fortinet’s aggressive growth plan in the region, through market penetration of the high-end segment and the expansion of the channel network regionally.

“I want to thank Vishak for his dedication and the excellent work he has accomplished for those last 10 years at Fortinet,” said Patrice Perche, senior vice president for International Sales and Support. “Rajesh has been working very closely with Vishak for many years and I’m confident that, together with the rest of his team, he will be able to pursue the strong business execution we have in that region. India & SAARC represent a strategic territory for Fortinet with important investments made in all aspects of operations – from sales and pre-sales to support and marketing. We will continue to invest in that region to pursue our growth and further strengthen our leadership.”
