iValue Receives $18Mn in Investments from Creador to Power its Growth

NEW DELHI, India – May 21, 2019:  Leading Value-Added Distributor (VAD) iValue InfoSolutions Private Limited has received an  $18Mn investment from  Sundara (Mauritius) Limited, an affiliate of Creador. The investment firm saw an attractive investment opportunity in the VAD which clocked an impressive growth of over seven times in the last couple of years, and decided to pump in $18Mn for a significant minority stake in iValue. The fresh investment will bolster iValue’s ambitious growth plans in the near future.
The investment will help iValue gain higher market share in the red-hot cybersecurity space, by expanding to newer geographies, adding newer technology OEM’s to their portfolio, executing larger projects for the current OEMs and by growing inorganically via acquisitions that will complement their expertise and offerings.
