Simmtronics unveils the calling Tab X-801
New Delhi, January 08, 2012: Simmtronics semiconductors Ltd. is launching newvoice calling tablet X-801 in XPADrange. This tablet is a new addition to the XPAD range and now adds voice calls and GPRS connectivity. It also features a dual-band GSM radio that allows you make and receive voice calls. This expands the functionality of the tablet and keeps you connected even on the move and in places that don’t have Wi-Fi. An attractive detachable keyboard case and speaker bundle also comes along with the tablet.

Tab X-801 tablet has a dedicated USB port to connect data card or pen drive along with in built Bluetooth that gives freedom to the users to stay connected while on the move. Tab X-801 works on Ice Cream Sandwich Android 4.0, A10, Cortex A8, 1.2 GHz processor which gives faster computing experience along with 8” capacitive multi touch screen. It has gravity and accelerator sensors which support Android Gravity games and support thousands of applications to download.
Taking into account the various needs of the Indian consumers, X-801 has been manufactured in Simmtronics’ factory in India itself. The company will add more products in this series of XPAD tablets and Smart Phones for the India Market.
The XPAD X-801 will soon be available at price point of Rs.8499.
