TiVo Enters Intellectual Property License Agreement with Telstra

SAN JOSE, Calif. April 25, 2018: TiVo Corporation (NASDAQ: TIVO), a leading provider of entertainment technology and audience insights, has entered into a multi-year intellectual property (IP) license agreement with Telstra, a leading telecommunications and technology company in Australia. Under the agreement, Telstra will have access to TiVo IP portfolios for devices and applications.
