Samsung Galaxy S5’s price dipped below Rs 36k

Samsung Galaxy S5NEW DELHI, June 18, 2014: The price of Samsung Galaxy S5 in India has taken another hit. It dropped to nearly Rs 35,000 after its price dipped below Rs 40,000 a month ago.

On Infibeam, Samsung Galaxy S5 is listed  at Rs 35,649. Currently, it is out of stock at this price.

The smartphone is still in stock at Flipkart and Amazon.in, and sells at Rs 36,500 and Rs 36,900, respectively.

This is a new low for the Samsung Galaxy S5 smartphone, whose price has been in a free fall since launch. The price of the device was Rs 47,000 just three days after it was launched. After a fortnight of its launch, Samsung had issued a press release stating that the official price of the smartphone remains unchanged.
