TRENDnet launches POE/PoE+ networking switches

TRENDnet-POE-SwitchesNew Delhi, India, November 14, 2013: TRENDnet, a wired and wireless networking hardware brand, launched three new range of POE /PoE+ networking switches for the Indian market. TRENDnet’s PoE technology combines power and data over ethernet cables. It facilitates the installation of devices in remote locations, without having to provide an electrical outlet near the device. PoE+ is designed to support the needs of power for outdoor access points and IP cameras. The new PoE+ standard doubles the power provided by PoE ports. PoE+ is based on the IEEE 802.11 at specification which provides up to 30 Watts of power per port.

Price, warranty and availability

TPE-TG44g is priced at Rs. 9,500/-(MOP), TPE-S44 is priced at Rs.4,900/- (MOP) and TPE-S160 is priced at Rs. 23,500/- (MOP).

These products carry a warranty of 3 years and are available with TRENDnet national distributor Abacus Peripherals Pvt. Ltd.
