Mindteck appoints Wayne Berkowitz as new CEO

BANGALORE, India, Feb 10, 2012: Mindteck (India) Limited, a leading product engineering and IT solutions company, has appointed Wayne Berkowitz as its CEO and managing director.

Wayne Berkowitz succeeds Pankaj Agarwal. Berkowitz has over 25 years of expertise in the IT sector, with hands-on development of high performance sales teams, global operations management, and with consistent growth in profit.

Berkowitz has been a channel marketing executive for IBM’s Software Group in Somers, NY. As Director, Worldwide Business Partner Marketing, Wayne Berkowitz had business partner marketing responsibility for seven software brands — Lotus, Rational, Tivoli, Websphere, Industry Solutions, Information Management, and Business Analytics.

Berkowitz holds a B.S. in Business Logistics from Pennsylvania State University.
